From the parish church of Ziano (parking available), follow the straight road (ferrata sign at the road start). Continue to the next sign, turn left, and follow the well-marked trail, steep in parts, crossing a forest road halfway.

A short alpine excursion in a quiet area. Up to the start, the path is simple but very steep. The ferrata is well equipped with a taut steel cable. A good route for training for more demanding paths. Descent is via the ascent route, with the steep section being harder on the way up. Spectacular views from Punta Polse summit.

The steep step on descent requires arm strength but offers good footholds. The whole route is well equipped with a taut cable. Midway, there's a short exposed section that looks intimidating but is manageable thanks to a perfectly placed cable. The exposure and modest altitude allow this route to be done even in late spring or autumn, in stable weather.
